At Post Pet Meds we aim for customer satisfaction and happy pets. Please read our Returns, Exchange and Refunds policy carefully
We are happy to accept returns of eligible products provided that they are returned within 30 days of purchase and are in original packing and unused condition.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@postpetmeds.co.nz before mailing the item.
Returns
1. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase of the items.
2. Please include a copy of the receipt with the returned items
3. Items must be clean, unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. (also free of fur)
4. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (except where you received the wrong item in error due to us or a defective item).
6. Remember to package the item securely to protect it during transit, similar to when it is delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
For refund requests, the returned items must be clean, unused, in good condition and in the original packaging.
When we have received and checked the returned item, we will send you an email update. We will inform you if the refund request has been approved or declined. For approved refunds, the credit will be applied to the original card of purchase. Please note that funds may take up to two weeks to show up in your account.
If you have not received your refund, please contact us.
We are unable to refund sale items.
We are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an item.
In the case of a defective item, a replacement or refund can be arranged on receipt of the returned item.
How can I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@postpetmeds.co.nz or by calling 0274912524. Please note that some orders are dispatched by the warehouse. If the order has already been mailed, then it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item when received. Shipping cost is not refundable, and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
