Cathy Dee has been a photographer since she could hold a camera.
Lucky enough to train in New York from1989 – 1991, in 1993 she won the prestigious NZIPP Portrait photographer of the Year.
She took a long break from professional photography after a serious illness in 1995 and has only just picked up a camera (professionally) again.
“Portrait & pet photography, is what I most love to photograph, although I am also currently enjoying photographing a series of NZ birds”.
