We ship to New Zealand South and North islands physical addresses. Unfortunately, We are unable to offer shipping to outer island regions at this time (Waiheke, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, Chatham Island)
We do not ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to Private bags, PO Box addresses, parcel lockers.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to change the delivery address before your order is shipped and scanned into the courier system. If it has already been shipped, we can contact the courier to try retrieve your order. This is sometimes not possible. Please note that additional charges may apply
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Weekend shipping is not available.

While we always do our best to meet these time frames, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak periods (e.g. Christmas and New Year).
We do not have a click and collect store opened to the public at this time. We are an online store based out of Kaiapoi, New Zealand.
